Returns Policy

If you wish to return goods purchased from us please read our returns policy below.

Notification of returning goods within 14 days of delivery will be subject to full refund.
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
Should MicroMaker Education deem the goods not to be in a saleable condition we will contact you to discuss options.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date MicroMaker Education receive the returned goods.

Notification of returning goods between 14 and 30 days from delivery will be subject to refund minus an administrative fee of 5% of the value of the goods returned.
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
Should MicroMaker Education deem the goods not to be in a saleable condition we will contact you to discuss options.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date MicroMaker Education receive the returned goods.

Notification of returning goods more than 30 days from delivery are not subject to a refund. However, assuming the criteria below are met we may be able to offer an exchange or credit. This is at the discretion of MicroMaker Education and will be decided on a case by case basis.

Notification of faulty goods within 30 days of delivery are subject to a full refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date MicroMaker Education recieve the faulty goods.
If you notify MicroMaker Education more than 30 days but less than 6 months from delivery we will offer a repair service to you. If we cannot repair the goods we will replace the item free of charge.
After 6 months from date of delivery MicroMaker Education are not liable to refund, repair or replace your goods.
